Mike & Mike Roofing is not a public adjuster. We do not negotiate with your insurance carrier on your behalf. We document damage, write scope, and meet adjusters as your contractor. Pursuant to Texas Insurance Code §707.002, you are responsible for paying your insurance deductible. It is a felony in Texas for a contractor to absorb a homeowner's deductible.
Mike & Mike Roofing's 10-year labor warranty applies to workmanship on roof installations completed by our crew. Manufacturer material warranties (including the Owens Corning extended warranty up to 50 years) are issued by the manufacturer subject to their terms. The Directorii $250,000 performance guarantee is administered by Directorii subject to their contractor program terms.
Residential contracts performed at the consumer's residence may be subject to a three-business-day right of rescission under federal and Texas law. The rescission notice is included with your signed contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mike & Mike Roofing LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid under the relevant signed contract. We do not warrant the content of this website to be error-free.
